Carpatic Lamb's whole range of products is based on sheep meat.
The products' quality is carefully supervised according to the European standards for food security.
The animals come from our own farm, providing usually 18,000 lambs/cycle.
The way slaughtering is done can fulfill any specific request: Italian, Greek, French, Halal.
